Sogetsu Teachers Association Wellington were pleased to host Auckland based Sogetsu teacher Takako Martin (Riji Teacher) for two workshops on Saturday 8th August 2020. Takako has visited Wellington many times and her workshops are always a great experience for beginners as well as advanced students. We met at the Khandallah Presbyterian Church Hall.

There were 14 of our Sogetsu members who attended. In the morning workshop we all enjoyed learning how to bend, roll, strip and fix flax and use it to enhance our arrangements.
