On June 18th several of our teachers and their students exhibited beautiful arrangements as part of the Japanese Festival upstairs in the TSB Arena, Wellington.
The festival theme this year was "Tanabata," the story of two lovers represented by the stars Vega and Altair. Chrysanthemums were used to represent the two stars in the arrangements. In the gallery you will see the many creative interpretations of the story arranged by our ikebanists.
